Wireless or Corded which is best?

There are some people who think wireless is THE only way forward, have these people used wireless technology? It might be OK if your wandering round the local shopping centre and want to call your pal to arrange to meet at the pub, but in working enviroment it's a completely different thing. You have to get good kit from a proven manufacturers if you want to be wireless in the office, manufacturers like Plantronics or GN cordless headsets might do the job. Of course it means you'll need a traffic light system on the sales floor to stop all the people wandering about waving thier arms all over the place bumping into each other. I think corded give the best audio quality but then again are people more productive when they can talk,type,walk etc without being tied to the desktop?
